It is with heartfelt sympathy that we announce the passing of Mrs. Albertha B. Theirse of Pineville, SC, who peacefully transitioned on Friday, December 6, 2024. Mrs. Theirse lived a life marked by grace, faith, and extraordinary fullness, embodying the words of Psalm 90:10, "The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away."

Mrs. Theirse was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mr. Foster "Birdie" Theirse, and her two sons, Stanley and Glenn Theirse.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories in the hearts of her children, John Theirse (Beatrice), Media T. Davis, and Laura B. Middleton (Ezekiel); her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of beloved family members and friends who will forever treasure her memory.

A viewing will be held Friday, December 13, 2024, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024, 11:00 a.m., at Messiah Reformed Episcopal Church, 3133 Highway 45, Pineville, SC. There will be no viewing after the service. Burial will be in Mexico Cemetery on Mexico Cemetery Road, Pineville, SC.
