Angela "Skita" McNeil , daughter of Deloris McNeil and the late Johnny D. McNeil, was born on September 14, 1967 in Manhattan, NY, at Bellevue Hospital. She departed this life on September 25, 2018 at Lenox Health Greenwich Village, New York City, NY.
