Anthony Bynum was born on December 6, 1970 in Bronx, New York, a son of Mary Bynum Greene and the late James Greene, Jr.  He departed this life on March 7, 2023 in St. Stephen, South Carolina.

Anthony, known to family and friends as "Bill" or "Bosom", was educated in the Berkeley County School District and was a 1988 graduate of Macedonia High School. "Bill" was employed as a construction worker and a mechanical worker.

"Bill's" hobbies included watching and playing sports. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers football fan. He also enjoyed auto mechanics.

Those left to cherish his memories are: his four children, Katisha Limehouse, Alicia Limehouse, Michelle Bynum and Breanna Bynum; granddaughter, Romiah Limehouse; his mother, Mary Greene; his children's mother, Sevina Limehouse; siblings, James Bynum (Barbara), Phillip Greene (Jackson), Anna Whylie (Tony) and Tanika Greene (Anthony); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Anthony was preceded in death by his brother, Malcome Greene.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, March 15, 2023, 11:00 a.m., at Gethers Funeral Chapel, 221 Church Road, St. Stephen, SC. Face masks are required. Interment will be in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, St. Stephen, SC. Viewing will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2023, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Gethers St. Stephen Chapel.
