With heartfelt sympathy, we announce the passing of Ms. Betty Francis Virginia Weaver, affectionately known as "Granny," who transitioned peacefully on December 21, 2025, at the age of 90.

Ms. Weaver's life was firmly grounded in faith, which guided her character, values, and compassion for others. A true servant at heart, she was known for her open door, generous spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family, always offering wisdom, comfort, and a listening ear.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory her children: Anthony (Sandra), Valencia (Isaiah), William (Brenda, deceased), and Dawnnise (Tyrone); her grandchildren: Kenan, Christopher, Shatera, Lauren, Ariana, Rashanda, Xavier, Shani, Shawn, Jasmine, Tasia, Tiana, and Tyler; her great-grandchildren: Braylan, Blythe, Mia, and Brandon; along with a loving host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, January 5, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. at Allen AME Church, 280 Hood Street, St. Stephen, SC. A viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in Tri-Churches Cemetery, 280 Hood Street, St. Stephen, SC.
