"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing." (2 Timothy 4:7) God, in His infinite wisdom, saw fit to suddenly remove from our midst, our beloved mother, sister, aunt and grandmother, Bobbye Jean Salters, on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, surrounded by family members at Roper Hospital, in Charleston, South Carolina. The youngest of eleven children, Bobbye was born on December 5, 1939, in Saint Stephen, South Carolina to the late Joseph Myers, Sr. and Lucinda Howard Myers.
