She departed this life on Friday, January 4, 2013 at Trident Medical Center, North Charleston, South Carolina. Caroline was educated in the public schools of Berkeley County and attended Macedonia High School. She was a faithful member of Good Shepherd Reformed Episcopal Church. She was a member of the Missionary Society, the Galilean Sunday School Class and a member of the Galilean Choir. Caroline loved singing and fishing. Two of her favorite songs were "Have Faith in God" and "I Love You, I Love You Lord Today." Caroline leaves to cherish her fond memories: her mother, Rainey P. Middleton of the home; a daughter, Connie F. Middleton; six sisters, Bettie Jean President, Burnie Bell President, Alfredia President, Arnette Middleton and Beatrice Middleton all of Bonneau, SC and Mary Lee Grant of Columbia, SC; three brothers, Paul (Denise) Middleton of New York, NY, Fred President of Bonneau, SC and Alfred (Jackie) President of Moncks Corner, SC; one aunt, Rosalee President of Summerville, SC; two uncles, Joseph (Dorothy) President of Moncks Corner, SC and Jacob President of Moncks Corner, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, James President.
