Casey Thomas Harris, son of Unistine A. Harris and the late Cleveland Harris, was born on May 16, 1960 in Stanly County, North Carolina. He departed this life on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 4:36 a.m. at Trident Medical Center, North Charleston, South Carolina.

Casey received his education in the public school system of Berkeley County, SC, graduating from Berkeley High School in 1979.

He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served as a Marksmanship Instructor. Most recently, he was employed with Thompson Construction of Summerville, SC.

In his spare time, Casey enjoyed watching Westerns, WWE Wrestling and spending time with his buddy Chris Duggins of Summerville, SC.

Casey leaves loving memories to be cherished by: his mother, Unistine A. Harris of Moncks Corner, SC; his siblings, James R. Harris of Norwood, NC, Cleveland E. Harris of Summerville, SC, Johnny Harris (Angela) and Winfred Marcus Harris (Aubury) both of Moncks Corner, SC and Lottie Harris (Roosevelt Mosley) of St. Stephen, SC; an abundance of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Casey was preceded in death by his father, Cleveland Harris; brother, Lambert Harris; and sister-in-law with whom he shared a special bond, Penny Lee Harris.
