Curtis Matthew Frazier, known to many as "Red", was born on  July 19, 1987, in Charleston, South Carolina. He was the son of Bernice M. Frazier and the late Gale Ball. Curtis departed this life on November 14, 2018 in Moncks Corner, SC.

Curtis received his education in the Berkeley County Schools.  At an early age, he accepted Christ and became a member of Moncks Corner AME Church.

Curtis leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter, Malaysia Frazier; his mother, Bernice M. Frazier; siblings: Fleaticia Frazier, Travis Frazier, Chenelle Ball-Johnson, Cheryl Smith-Johnson, Zoulieka Ball, Asheda Sanders, Tiawan Avernathy,  Kenny Ball and DeAngelo Ball; aunts, Betty (David) Walker, Deloris Rorie, Sheila (William) Wilson, and Loretta Scott; uncle, Timothy Frazier, Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
