There is so much that can be said in remembrance of Jason known as DubZ. He was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. Some of the things he loved most and was passionate about were a love for prayer, motorcycles, sports, cooking, talking on the mic and FAMILY.
In 2010, Jason met Camella who became his loving wife in July 2013. His wife was truly his best friend. In his sickness, she moved effortlessly to tend to his every need without hesitation until his passing.
On Tuesday, September 4, 2018, after living a life pleasing unto the Lord, Json transitioned from labor to reward.
Jason leaves to celebrate his legacy: wife, Camella; his children, Jason Jr., Jah'rece, Madison, Jahnella and Jayquan; his father, Linzy Matthews Jr.; his brothers, Derrick (Nicole) and Troy (Keisha); his father-in-law, Jorge and mother-in-law, Virginia; sisters-in-law, Joanna (Richard), Carlene (Nathaniel) and Priscilla (Dean); brother-in-law, Mark; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
