"For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith." - 2 Timothy 4:6-7 Once again, the Almighty hand of God, was exemplified with the birth of Denise Cheryl Williams on March 31, 1970. She was born in New York to Herbert and Susie Williams. Cheryl was the youngest of three children. She was preceded in death by her father and older sister, Gwendolyn Black. Cheryl was educated in the public schools of Berkeley County and was a 1988 graduate of Berkeley High School in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. She was always smiling and enjoyed spending quality time with her sister and best friend, Kesia Williams. Her beautiful memories will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who knew her.
