Derrial Jerome Hamilton was born April 23, 1963 in Berkeley County. He was the son of the late Dan Roper, Jr. and Julia H. Wilson. He heard and answered God's call and entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 24, 2009. Derrial received his education in the Berkeley County School System. He was a Heating and Air Technician with McCray Services. His fond memories will always be cherished by: a loving mother Julia H. Wilson, two sisters, Mildred Hamilton and Linda Cordes; three brothers, Norris James Hamilton (Cynthia), Alphonso Hamilton, and Corey Roper; a mother-in-law, Eldora (Phillip) Logan Canty; one uncle, Lawrence Hamilton, Sr.; three aunts, Elizabeth Gillians, Bertha (David) Davis, and Ann Lavern (Richard) Callen; one great-grand aunt, Vergie Vandross; one great-grand uncle, Henry Crawford, Sr.; two nieces, Trinity "Trent" Bryant and Diamond D. Hamilton; one nephew, Dalvin D. Hamilton; a special friend, Stephanie Lewis; six uncles-in-laws and one aunt-in-law, and a host of loving relatives and friends.
