She was the third of seven children born to the late Abraham and Martha Perry. Elizabeth grew up in the Kittfield Section of Moncks Corner, and attended the former Graham A.M.E. Church, which is now Moncks Corner A.M.E. Church. She attended Dixie Training School in Moncks Corner, SC where she excelled in math and basketball. She had a lifetime fascination withnumbers. After graduation and marriage, Elizabeth moved several times before finally settling in New York until her death. Elizabeth enjoyed and loved people. This was reflected in her employment as a caregiver for adults and children. She was employed at St. Thomas Community Catholic School. Elizabeth was one of the parishioners of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in New York City, NY. She had many friends and had a great sense of humor. Never one to sit at home, she was very active and always on the go. She departed this life on November 12, 2013. She waspreceded in death by:her husbands, Ernest Malloy and LeRoy McCord; her six siblings: Joseph Perry,MarieMotte, WilliamPerry, Edward Perry, Harriet Grant, and Abraham Perry. She leaves to mourn her passing: four children, Ernestine E. Roach, Isadora Malloy, Marian Malloy and Richard McCord; three grandchildren, Eric C. Roach, David J. Roach, and Judith M. Roach; ten great-grandchildren, Jhana M. Roach, Coadi J. Robertson, Christian M.
