Mrs. Elizabeth Milligan of Bronx, New York, widow of Mr. Stephen Milligan, departed this life on Friday, May 24, 2019 in New York.

Graveside Burial Service will be held Thursday, May 30, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., in Sunset Memorial Cemetery, Pineville, SC.

Elizabeth leaves to cherish her memory: two daughters: Mrs. Cynthia (William) Washington of East Orange, N.J. and Mrs. Donna (Nadab) Graham of Mount Vernon, N.Y.; two sons: Mr. Joe (Dian) Milligan of Bronx, N.Y. and Mr. Stephen (Dellvera) Milligan, Jr. of Charlotte, N.C.; two sisters: Ruth Small of Charlotte, N.C. and Sadie James of Bronx, N.Y.; three brothers: James (Lillie) Brown of St. Stephen, S.C., Henry (Theresa) Brown of Roselle, N.J. and Louis Brown of St. Stephen, S.C.; one brother-in-law: Mr. Andrew (Queen) Milligan of Pineville, S.C; two sisters-in-law: Mrs. Elizabeth (James) Jenkins and Mrs. Emogene Milligan both of Pineville, S.C.; eight grandchildren: Whitney, Krystal, Stephen, Nigel, Quinton, Melissa, Kiayana and Carrianne; four great grandchildren: Jaylnn, LaDarrian, Ryder and Julian, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
