Isaiah 40:31 Emery Michael Baxter, the son of Robin Baxter and Sheldon Palmer, was born July 13, 1987 in Charleston, SC. He departed this earthly world on January 25, 2009. Michael was educated in the Berkeley County School System. He was a unique individual who shared many smiles and many jokes with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Emily Palmer and paternal grandfather, Floyd Pressley. He will always be remembered and cherished by his beloved mother, Robin Baxter; his beloved father, Sheldon Palmer; sister, Jessica Baxter, brothers, Eric Lloyd, Cory Baxter, Shadeem Palmer, Sherrad Palmer, Sheldon Palmer, II, Marcus Howard, Renard Black, Tyree Black, and Rennis Black; grandparents, Jessie and Gladys Lloyd; great-grandmother, Rebecca Vanish; uncles and aunts, Kaye Coaxum, Roberta Palmer, Terrell Palmer (Barbara), Robert Cooper (Barbara), Conroy Palmer (Connie), Tommy Lloyd (Rhonda), Dereck Lloyd and Anthony Lloyd; grandaunts and granduncles, Isabelle Wright, Benjamin Lloyd, Lillian Lloyd, Roberta Smalls and Barbara Robinson; a host of cousins and friends.
