With heartfelt sympathy, we announce the passing of Mr. Emmanuel L. “Deebo” LeVine of Summerville, South Carolina, who departed this life on Monday, June 8, 2026.

Emmanuel was the beloved son of Mr. Leroy and Mrs. Carolyn LeVine. Left to cherish his precious memories are his parents; his brother, Gabriel LeVine; his stepsisters, Toni Smith and Indira LeVine; his grandmother, Mrs. Angelyn “Angie” Simmons; along with a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends who loved him dearly.

A hardworking and kind-hearted young man, Emmanuel was employed as a mechanic with Blue Max Trucking. In his leisure time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and tending to his vegetable garden. He will be remembered for his warm spirit, his love for the outdoors, and the joy he brought to those who knew and loved him.

The family will begin receiving friends daily at the home starting Friday, June 12, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. They are deeply grateful for the many prayers, expressions of love, support, and kindness that have already been extended. Your phone calls, thoughtful messages, and words of encouragement are sincerely appreciated and bring comfort during this difficult time.

Viewing will be held Monday, June 15, 2026, 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A Home Going Celebration Service will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2026, 11:00 a.m., at Greater St. James AME Church, 1831 Jedburg Road, Summerville, SC. There will be no viewing after the service.

Burial will be in Willson Cemetery, Moncks Corner, SC.
