Ervin Eugene Brown was born July 7, 1945 to Fred Anderson and Doshia Brown in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. He continued living in Moncks Corner, SC through early adulthood. He graduated from Russellville High School in 1965. After serving two years in the United States Army, he attended Monroe Business School in Bronx, NY. On February 10, 1968, Ervin married the love of his life, Odessa Brown. Ervin worked for Allied Systems as a Car Carrier for 23 years. Ervin was a dedicated and hard worker, which was reflected in many years of service. In 2007, he retired from Allied Systems where he gained friends that will last for a lifetime. Ervin was a faithful man of God. He began his spiritual journey in life in 1978 in Meridian, MS. He furthered his spiritual journey as a loyal deacon at Emmanuel Temple in Atlanta, GA under the leadership of Suffragan Bishop, Calvin L. McDaniel, for more than 20 years. He later joined World Changers Church International in College Park, GA and continued his spiritual growth under Dr. Creflo A. Dollar where he became more faithful, more loyal, and more dedicated. He served as a driver in the transportation department; and he also served as a prayer counselor where he encouraged, empowered, and strengthened people from different walks of life. On July 5, 2011, Ervin Eugene Brown transitioned from earth to glory in Hampton, GA. He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving and faithful wife of more than 43 years, Odessa Brown his children: Gardenia (Penny) Goodman, Geraldine (Michael) Sims, Rodney Dean, Vanessa White, Antwone (Michelle) Brown, Tisha (Eric) Harris, Heather (Curtis) Ross; fourteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; one sister, Annie Rose (Willie Joe) Wright; one brother, Ernest (Mildred) Brown; a precious aunt, Mary Beauford; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
