Gilbert Caness Foxworth, son of Edward Collins Foxworth and Mary Altean Mazyck Foxworth, was born December 13, 1962 in Moncks Corner, SC. He departed this life on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at his residence.

Gilbert received his education in the public schools of Berkeley County and was a graduate of Berkeley High School, Moncks Corner, SC. He was employed as an Electronic Tech at BAE Systems and SAIC.

Gilbert was united in holy matrimony to Laurel O. Drayton on August 7, 2003.

Gilbert was known for his love of grilling, drag racing, and entertaining family and friends. He was fond of muscle cars, RC cars and Westerns. He will be remembered for his loving, generous heart and will be greatly missed.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Laurel O. Foxworth; daughter, Lonjae (Richard); son, Bradford (Danielle); brother, Ronnie Foxworth; sister-in-law, Myron; grandchildren, K'den and Kenadi; niece, Melissa (Walter); nephew, Danny; other relatives and friends.
