It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Ms. Janey Middleton of San Diego, California, formerly of St. Stephen, South Carolina. Ms. Middleton peacefully transitioned from this life on Saturday, May 10, 2025.

Janey was a kind and compassionate soul whose gentle spirit touched the lives of many. Her warm smile, listening ear, and unwavering generosity made her a pillar of comfort and strength to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 24, 2025, 11:00 a.m., at Bethel United Methodist Church,1245 Forty One Road, St. Stephen, SC, with viewing from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. There will be no viewing after the service. Interment will follow in the church's cemetery.
