Joe Louis Miller, the son of the late James Moyd and Sarah Ann Miller, was born March 22, 1948 in Georgetown County, South Carolina. He entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 16, 2022 at Prince George Healthcare Center, Georgetown, SC.

Joe grew up in the Oceda community of Georgetown County where he received his education in the public school system.

Joe leaves to cherish his precious memories: one son, Melvin Coutrair of Jamestown, SC; two sisters, Rosa Lee Miller and Carolyn (Earl) Limehouse of Moncks Corner, SC; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Viewing will be held Thursday, May 19, 2022, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, May 20, 2022, 1:00 p.m., at O. Allen Gethers Jr. Memorial Chapel, 200 Grace Street, Moncks Corner, SC. Face masks are required at the viewing and the service. Interment will be in New Mt. Zion AME Cemetery, Jamestown, SC.
