Psalm 23:4 Kenneth Lavern Dingle, also known as "Bootsie" and "Kenny", began his journey on February 5, 1954. He was the son of Lula "Doot" Dingle Davis. He ended this journey on Monday, February 24, 2014 at Vibra Hospital, Mt. Pleasant, SC. "Bootsie" attended Berkeley County Public Schools and graduated from St. Stephen High School in the Class of 1972. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy. He served until 1976 at which time he was honorably discharged. His other employment over the years included Jamestown Wool and Carolina Nurseries. Kenneth joined St. Stephen Baptist Church at an early age under the leadership of the late Reverend I. A. Jefferson. He occasionally attended throughout his childhood and adult life before encountering severe health problems. Kenneth will be remembered in the hearts of his two sisters, Agnes Maxine Davis of St. Stephen, SC and Helen Howard Coleman (James) of Danville, VA; two aunts, Florine Dingle Addison and Inetha Dingle both of St. Stephen, SC; two close nephews, Ramon A. Roberts currently of San Angelo, TX and Jarred L. Brown of St. Stephen, SC; along with many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
