With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Mr. Kerwin Adrian Green, Sr. of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Mr. Green honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. A devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys and L.A. Lakers, he cherished his time spent in libraries, engaged in reading, golfing, and being with family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilton and Dosha Green, Sr., and his sister, Cynthia Taylor.

He leaves behind a legacy carried forth by his children, Juvall Jenkins, Kerniqua Green, and Kerwin A. "AJ" Green, Jr.; along with his beloved grandchildren, Zendaya Clark, Desmond Clark, Jr., Sofia Walker, and Karlous Green. Also mourning his loss are his siblings, Wanda Green, Don Green, Sr., Wilton (Mary) Green, Jr., Greg (Sheila) Green, Sr., and Tawannica (Fernando) Gant, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

A viewing will take place on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Gethers Funeral Home, 200 Grace Street, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 12 p.m. at Wesley AME Church, 2883 French Santee Road, Shulerville, South Carolina, with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
