It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Leola Brownfield of Detroit, MI, formerly of St. Stephen, SC who entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 25, 2020.

Those left to cherish her memory include: her children, Diana Brownfield Lawrence, Patricia Brownfield and Willie Brownfield; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sister, Earlene Cooper; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 12, 2020, 12:30 p.m., at O. H. Pye III Funeral Home, 17600 Plymouth Road, Detroit, MI.

Graveside service will be held Friday, October 16, 2020, 11:00 a.m., Old Field Cemetery, St. Stephen, SC. As per CDC guidelines, please wear a mask and practice social distancing. Viewing will be Thursday, October 15, 2020 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home (Moncks Corner).
