With great sadness, we announce the passing of Mr. Leonard Edward Howell, Jr. of Summerville, SC, who transitioned on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

Those left to cherish his memory are: his wife, Waverly L. Brown; daughter, Fleta Maria (Esther) Howell; grandson, Miguel Howell; siblings, Leroy (Deborah) Howell and Doris Smallwood; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, March 26, 2023, 1:00 p.m., at the Church House of Ministries World Wide - Ladson, 9659 Jamison Road, Ladson, SC. Viewing will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will be in Philadelphia, PA.
