Patricia Ann Fashion Elliott, " Tricia Ann" to some and "Pat" to many, entered through Heaven's Pearly Gates, Friday, September 23, 2016.  She was born on July 31, 1949 in Moncks Corner, SC into the matrimonial union of John Lee Fashion and the late Sophronia Elmore Fashion.  Patricia was educated in the public schools of Berkeley County graduating, from Berkeley Training School in 1967.

Shortly afterwards, she relocated to the Maryland/Washington, DC area where she lived most of her adult life. Her last position was with the Social Security Administration in Washington, DC.  Upon returning to South Carolina, she took on the role as caregiver for several relatives over the years. Most recently, she became the caregiver for "Aunt Tea", a job she took seriously. She spent many days sharing a laugh, reminiscing, and reading a good book. Reading was her passion.  Her personal library is said to be numbered in the hundreds.

Patricia was also a faithful member of Mt. Carmel AME Church.  She served as a senior missionary with the Sanie L. Fashion Unit, named for her grandmother.

Patricia was predeceased by her mother and two brothers, Leon Joy and Johnifer Q. Fashion.

Patricia leaves to mourn: her father and stepmother, John and Neomia Fashion of Moncks Corner, SC; a daughter, Charlene Elliott-Forrest of Moncks Corner, SC; a son, Herbert Orlando Elliott, Jr. (Brandy) of Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada; two sisters, Dyeretta M. Fashion of West Columbia, SC and Bridgette J. Fashion of Winter Haven, FL; a sister-in-law, Davidlene Joy of New Jersey; two loving grandsons, Julius-Justin Elliott and James Forrest, Jr. of Moncks Corner, SC; two granddaughters, Ryshekia Elliott of Omaha, NE and Ayesha Elliott of Vancouver, British Columbia Canada; three great-grandsons and four great-granddaughters; five aunts, three uncles, one niece, three nephews, and a host of cousins, extended family and friends whom she loved dearly.
