Prince Frasier, the son of the late Isaiah Frasier and Elouise Bennett Frasier, was born January 30, 1929 in Charleston, SC. He departed this life on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at home in Stockbridge, GA.

Prince spent his early years in Charleston, SC where he met Hazel Johnson while working at a local hospital. Prince and Hazel were married August 1, 1959. To this union two children were born. Prince migrated with his family to Brooklyn, NY in the late 60s. He worked for the City of New York at Kings County Hospital and retired after 22 years.

Prince moved back to Moncks Corner with his wife in 2000 and lived there with her until Hazel departed this life on May 12, 2017.

Prince was an active member of Moncks Corner Baptist Church prior to moving to Georgia to live with his daughter. He spoke with church members regularly. He was an avid reader. He studied his bible daily. He loved to watch TV and the remote was always nearby. A hot cup of tea and plenty of sugar was part of his daily routine.

He leaves to cherish his memory: daughter Lauren (John) Robbins; son Clifford Frasier; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Justine Smalls, Rosa (Benjamin) Gibbs, Albertha Mazyck, Dorisa Simmons, Anne Frasier and Thearthey Johnson; and  a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Viewing will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2022, 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, March 21, 2022, 11:00 a.m., at O. Allen Gethers Jr. Memorial Chapel, Gethers Funeral Home, 200 Grace Street, Moncks Corner, SC. Interment will be in Westview Cemetery, 1010 Cooper Store Road, Moncks Corner, SC. Face masks are required for all services.
