Rosa Baylor Levy, the daughter of Lander Baylor and Laura Jane Rowe Baylor, was born on August 14, 1923, in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. Rosa received her education in the public schools of Berkeley County, SC. Rosa accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and became a member of Moncks Corner A.M.E. Church where she served as a member of the choir and of the Willing Workers. Rosa was united in holy matrimony to Jesse Graham, Sr. This union was blessed with a son, Jesse Graham, Jr. who preceded her in death. Rosa later was joined in marriage to Isaiah Levy who preceded her in death. Rosa's life was a reflection of a love for God and a love for people. She was a kind and compassionate person, always willing to help others. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed. On Monday, November 24, 2008, Rosa slipped away in a peaceful sleep into eternal life with the Lord. She leaves to cherish her memories: two sisters, Dorothy B. Frazier and Daisy B. Mazyck both of Moncks Corner, SC; sister-in-law, Annie Mae L.
