With heartfelt sympathy, we announce the passing of Mr. Rudolph "Rudy" Lloyd of Moncks Corner, SC, who peacefully departed this life on Monday, June 16, 2025 — his 67th birthday.

Rudy was a kind soul, remembered for his warm heart, gentle spirit, and the quiet strength he carried through life. His memory will remain a blessing to all who knew and loved him.

Rudy leaves to honor his memory: his children, Latasha Collins, Latisha Collins (Davon Waters), Antoine Becton, Javon Green (Travis), Kenyata Butler (Kevin) and Radashia Lloyd; numerous grandchildren; his siblings, Blondia Hamilton (Jake) and Joann Lloyd; along with a host of other loving relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

A viewing will be held Monday, June 23, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Gethers Funeral Home, 200 Grace Street, Moncks Corner, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2025, 11:00 a.m., at Greater Emanuel AME Church 1174 Doctor Evans Road, Moncks Corner, SC.  Burial will follow in Greater Emanuel AME Church Cemetery, Moncks Corner, SC.
