With heartfelt sympathy, we announce the transition of Mrs. Ruth B. Cooper of Moncks Corner, SC, who peacefully entered eternal rest on Friday, November 21, 2025.

Mrs. Cooper was a woman whose life was marked by compassion, service, and love. As a devoted Certified Nursing Assistant, she poured her heart into caring for others—touching countless lives through her gentle hands, warm smile, and unwavering dedication. Beyond her profession, she extended that same nurturing spirit to the many children in her family and community, becoming a steady source of comfort, guidance, and affection.

She found joy in the simple beauty of life, especially in flower gardening, where she cultivated not only blooms, but peace and serenity.

Mrs. Cooper leaves behind a strong and enduring legacy of love: her beloved children,  Karen C. McGhee, Yvette C. Jones and LaKisha Cooper; a cherished grandson whom she lovingly reared in the home, Kalyn J. Cooper; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her devoted siblings, Isaiah T. "ST" Gadsden, Gerald Gadsden (Patricia), Gwen "Linda" Smith (Roy) and Rodney Gadsden; and a host of relatives and friends who will forever hold her memory close.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2025, 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, November 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at Moncks Corner AME Church, 306 West Main Street, Moncks Corner, SC. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
