Sarah Duggins, the daughter of the late Phillip and Hattie Peace Duggins Warren and George Warren, was born October 5, 1914 in Dorchester County, South Carolina. Having lived a long and fruitful life of 95 years, God called Sarah home on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 from labor to reward. Sarah received her education in the Berkeley County School System. At an early age, she moved to New York City. While in New York, she attended church faithfully until her health began to fail. Sarah was a friendly and lovable person who enjoyed life. She will be remembered for being a very outspoken and humorous person who kept everyone laughing. One son, Frank Thomas Murrell; one granddaughter, Anetra Murrell; and three brothers: Frank Duggins, Herbert Warren and Lorenzo Warren preceded her in death. Those left to cherish fond memories of Sarah are: one daughter, Lulabell "Trisa Lee" Watson of San Antonio, TX; two sons, Marcus (Claybell) Murrell of Brooklyn, NY and Olando (Kathiline) Duggins of New York, NY; one sister-in-law, Rose Ann Warren of Summerville, SC; six grandchildren: Hubert Watson, Marcus Murrell, Derrick Murrell, Nicole Murrell, Olando Duggins, and Faithma Duggins; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
