A Time to be Born : On March 31, 1975 Jasper and Joyce Washington, was blessed with a baby boy, Stacy Dion Washington.
He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. Jasper and Mrs. Joyce Washington.
A Time to Live : Stacy attended and received his education in the Berkeley County School System. Stacy was called several nicknames by family and friends - "Tire Man", "Boss" and "Rampage". Stacy enjoyed, loved and lived life to the fullest. When he had a fresh haircut, watch out now (smile). He loved his motorcycles and racing cars. His favorite TV show was Sanford & Son, and his favorite comedian was Pig Meat Mark Ham. Stacy loved WWE Wrestling. His favorite NFL team was Dallas Cowboys. Stacy's favorite scripture was Psalm 91.
Stacy was blessed to be loved by many, but his Aunt Shirley Smalls was his favorite and second mom who cared for him as her own.
In March 2000, Stacy entered manhood when he became a father of his firstborn, Princess Kierra. Stacy and Ursula Brown were proud parents of their firstborn.
He later met and married Martha Washington, with this union two additional princesses were born, Stacia and Mya.
Stacy worked at T & J Tires for 27 years, drove trucks for 5 years and was a forklift operator at Lineage Logistics.
In 2018, he met and resided with his special companion Calica Parson and daughter Laila.
He will always be remembered as a loving and devoted father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, and most of all a Child of God.
A Time to Die: On March 12, 2021, King Stacy exercised his right of passage as believer to go home to be with the Lord.
A Time to Mourn: He will be missed by his daughters, Kierra Brown, Stacia Washington and Mya Washington; his companion, Calica Parson; former wife, Martha Washington; his siblings, Charlotte Frazier and Wendy Smith; cousins/siblings, Leslie (John) Starks, Mark (Shauna) Mazyck, Fred (Latoya) Mazyck, Katrice Moorer, Sarah Wright; his goddaughter, Shalay Simmons McClellan; two best friends, Terence Myers and Clifton Simmons; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held Thursday, March 18, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
A Graveside Service will be held Friday, March 19, 2021, 1:00 p.m., at Trinity Holiness Church Cemetery, 2186 Cooper Store Road, Moncks Corner, SC.
