With profound sympathy, we announce the passing of Mr. Troy Goodman, Sr., of St. Stephen, SC, who transitioned from this life on Monday, January 27, 2025.

Mr. Goodman leaves a cherished legacy of love to his children: Troy Goodman, Jr. (Darlene), Darren Goodman, Patty Kinlaw (Berlin), Evangelist Cathleen Morgan (Pastor Kenneth), Betty Robinson, Iletha Shanola, Leona Lloyd (James Enoch), and Alfredia Goodman; and three grandchildren whom he reared as his own children, Lakiya Alston, Deborah Hartwell and Dominic Goodman.

He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings: Ethel Robinson, Annie Washington (Jervey), Marty Goodman (Christina), and James Goodman (Nora); a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; as well as many family members and friends.

Viewing will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Gethers St. Stephen Chapel, 221 Church Road, St. Stephen, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, February 2, 2025, 1:00 p.m., at Emmanuel Reformed Episcopal Church, 1718 Santee River Road, St. Stephen, SC, with viewing from 12:00 noon until time of service. Burial will be in the church's cemetery.
