Obituary

Victoria Alicia Hawkins daughter of Victor and Earlene Peeples Hawkins was born April 28, 1993 in Charleston, SC. She departed her early walk of life on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital, Charleston SC. Victoria attended the Public Schools in Berkeley County and was a sophomore at Timberland High School, Saint Stephen, SC. She confessed faith and hope in Christ at an early age and joined Sumter Chapel United Methodist Church, Saint Stephen, SC. Victoria was a sweet, intelligent, talented, and very photogenic young lady. She did very well in school and was an honor student. Victoria was involved in a number of extra curricular activities at Timberland High School. She was a member of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Junior Varsity Volleyball, Junior Varsity Cheerleading, Renaissance, Renaissance Dance Team, STEP Art Program, Delta Gems, Upward Bound Math and Science, and served as Vice President of the Freshman Class. In the community she was a part of the Saint Stephen Tennis Team. Victoria was a junior volunteer at Trident Regional Medical Center, Charleston, SC. She will surely be missed by her family and friends, but God never makes a mistake. Although we loved her, God loved her Best. Victoria leaves to cherish her memories her parents: Victor and Earlene Peeples Hawkins, two sisters, Erica and Aliyah Hawkins.
