Willie J. Fludd was affectionately known to many as "Moody".

He was employed in various capacities, such as Service Station Manager, Truck Driver and Farm Laborer/Helper.

"Moody" enjoyed sports, especially football. His favorite football team was the New England Patriots. He also enjoyed weekend outings with his wife which included dining at various area restaurants.

"Moody" was a family man who loved telling jokes; he would often laugh before finishing with the punchline.

He was preceded in death by: his sisters, Retha F. Jackson, Inez. F. McNeil, Lottie Everlena F. Gregg and Betty F. Copeland.

Those left to cherish his memories are: his loving and devoted wife, Esther F. Fludd; two sons, Courtney D. Beauford and Warren V. Fludd; two grandchildren, Breanna and Brittany; and one great-grand, Kinsley Brielle.

Aunts: Geneva Gaillard, Bobbie Segar, Shirley (Willie) Matthews and Jean Love Taylor

Brothers-in-law: Leon (Virginia) Taylor, Michael (Bertha Lee) Beauford and Willie Gregg

Sisters-in-law: Paulette (Chester) Prioleau, Barbara B. Goodman and Naomi Beauford

Special Friends: Henry Grantham, Mark Brinson, Calvin Jr., and Calvin Beauford.

He leaves a host of other relatives and friends who are going to miss "Moody" dearly.

Viewing will be held Friday, June 26, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A Private Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 27, 2020, 2:00 p.m., at the O. Allen Gethers Jr. Memorial Chapel, Moncks Corner, SC. As per CDC guidelines for COVID-19, please wear a mask, practice social distancing and wash/sanitize hands.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the family will not receive friends at their home. Thank you for your understanding and prayers during this time.
